review 1: This is a collection well worth any Fantasy reader's time. There are a number of different styles, topics, and character types to enjoy from some of the leading Fantasy writers of today. Some of the authors have written additional stories within universes they have already built, while others have departed completely from them (it would be great if Mary Robinette Kowal expanded on Bound Man). If you have not read something from all these authors, you are sure to discover a new one that you will want to try.

I think the Rothfuss works better as a short, the Sanderson piece seems to assume a bit too much familiarity with the world and is somewhat lacking in both conflict and resolution. I will say that this collection served it's purpose remarkably well, several authors I was unsure of have now been added to my to read pile and several more were completely new to me and will now be getting a look. less
