review 1: Some of these were really great and some not so great. Here is a list of the best in my opinion:Alone, Together - Robert Kirkman (I love The Walking Dead, so I was the most excited to read this one)Mouja - Matt LondonLiving With The Dead - Molly BrownGood People - David WellingtonObedience - Brenna Yovanoff (Most likely my favorite, I loved the main character)Who We Used To Be - David MoodyTheraputic Intervention - Rory HarperHe Said, Laughing - Simon R. GreenLast Stand - Kelley Armstrong (It took me a while to figure it out, but I liked it)Dating In Dead World - Joe McKinneyTameshigiri - Steven Gould (Really liked all the ninja stuff plus the main character was cool. Zombies + katanas = awesome!)
review 2: Far, far, better than the first anthology in my opinio
... moren. The first one had more than it's fair share of Voodoo Zombies that while interesting, really aren't what most people are dying to read about when they go for a giant book of Zombie short stories. This one was different. This was darker, grittier, more bloody, and more apocalyptic than I could ever have dreamed. Total success if that is what the editor was going for in this instance and I like to think he was. (Funny side story. I fell asleep reading this and my girlfriend turned my head in the middle of the night because I was snoring and I woke up right away thinking that the Zombies were groping for my face. Yeah, it's that good.) less

Pretty diverse, interesting and enjoyable collection of short stories about zombies.

I'd say it was half and half, good and bad. The good ones make it worth it.
