review 1: Another plot twister. Having so many external side stories keeps the mystery alive. I love the idea of a long over the top murder mystery coming to life at the same time as a current murder mystery. Are they related? As the threads are all pulled together the tapestry unravels and this had me on the edge of my seat, wondering who these different characters were? The cast of characters is great and the long buried secrets people keep are often fascinating. This is one of the better books in this series.
review 2: I hadn't read a Johathan Kellerman book for quite a while. This one sent me to my library request system to catch up on Dr. Alex Delaware and his friend Detective Milo Sturgis. This novel includes all the fan-adored elements of Hollywood celebriti
... morees mixed up in a bizarre murder case that only the combination of Alex's psychological instincts plus his contacts, along with Milo's dogged police work can solve. less
