review 1: Simply fantastic as always! Im in love with the series! You can never guess what is going to happen and Ellie is so cute and one the only female characters i actually LIKE! And the relationship between Same and Ella is soo cute and I love how Same changes in the boo =) This books gets 5 stars because I laughed out loud so many time that people looked at me xD lol cant wait to get my hands on more!
review 2: The story itself was good, and Ellie's unique ability to communicate with her dog, Rudy, is charming... but as #2 in a series, it was a bit disappointing. There was essentially no character or relationship development. Usually when a character has a special quality or ability (vampire, psychic, magical powers) and it's a secret, those closest to him/her get ... morelet in on the secret one by one, or the ability grows or affects them in different ways. Not so here. The relationship, which seemed to be going somewhere, is present... but totally stalled. I didn't get anything new on any of the characters, either. less
