review 1: I love Kathleen Y'Barbo! I discovered her quite by accident at the library a few months ago. So, when I saw this book at the used book store I had to pick it up! I loved the plot, the humor, the writing, the love story--all the makings for a delightful and quick summer read. I actually read this series completely backward because my library only had the 3rd book but it didn't ruin this story at all. Read and enjoy!!
review 2: Ambientada en el oeste en 1880, es una novelita romántica, corta y sin demasiadas pretensiones. Lo único destacable es el componente cristiano. Últimamente me estoy encontrando novelas románticas en las que se incluye la cuestión religiosa (sin que, evidentemente, sea ese el tema del libro), con protagonistas que rezan, considerac... moreiones morales y ausencia de escenas tórridas. La verdad es que, en algunos casos, resulta más gratificante leer este tipo de libros "seguros" que otro tipo de novela femenina. less
