review 1: I thought this was a nice continuation of the amulet series. In the beginning of the book, I felt like the novel 's story line was a little stereotypical but it was compatible with the story line. There has to be a little struggle so the character's can succeed (or this scenario is repeated a number of times that we always think the character/s has to struggle). The graphics in this novel are amazing! I love he somewhat realistic detail. It makes the colors pop out more. Overall, i like the second addition.

... morew in some anthropomorphic animals and steampunk for good measure. It's fun though! It maybe not bring anything new, other than being a YA graphic novel, but it's quick paced and mysterious and enjoyable. so far, I've enjoyed the world-building and the characters the most. less
