review 1: In this book Emily and her friends survive the Academy but Max has stolen the mother stone But in the book they find out that Max is working for the elf King and is planning to attack cities with this mother stone.They try to lead the soldiers to cielis But Max gets in their way will Emily defeat Max to get to cielis.This book was a really good book and it kept me on the edge of my seat for the whole time. It made me not want to put down the book because it was really good.
review 2: This volume was amazing! And just what the doctor ordered after volume four’s failure. It had a much darker tone than its predecessor, showing a bit more blood than it has in volumes before and allowing one of its main character’s to fall into a coma-like state while attempting... more to use an amulet to change the past. The ending was suspenseful and touching and I was impressed over all with the comeback. I will be waiting impatiently for volume six to be released. less
