review 1: I would describe this book as a must read. On the surface you'd think it's contents will be suited to people who lift weights and work out. However, Kelly's advice on posture and every day movements applies to everyone. The book is perfectly laid out and the images that go with the descriptions in each section make it simple for anyone to follow. It may seem like an expensive purchase to some, but it's well worth the money.
review 2: This book is basically an encyclopedia of human movement, what the bio-mechanically correct positions are and how to correct for incorrect positions. ... morexercise. It is a bit daunting- this is going to be a lot of work, and I will have to scale back on my squatting weight and work on form for a while. However after one week I feel like I've already made progress and have improved my range of motion. Anyone who lifts weights should read this book, but it is also useful for any athlete or any person with joint pain. The one bad thing about this book is that the author has a bit of a cocky attitude and sometimes writes as if he's speaking to a bunch of guys in the locker room. And there are passages that could have been cut down to 1/3 the length with some editing. But despite these flaws the information and organization is incredible, and he breaks down each exercise and leaves no room for doubt about what the correct form should be, there are tons of pictures- I highly recommend getting this book and trying to ignore the tone and language.I borrowed this book from the library and plan to buy it, because it is one that I will want to refer to for years. less

Mostly using this as a reference book, but I did read the whole thing cover to cover. Helpful.
