review 1: 2014 ... have amassed the necessary credit to buy the whole series ... hi ho, hi ho, it's off to read I go ...Sweet & yummy but to darn short ... Original Review...I liked it but there wasn't enough to satisfy ... although I genuinely enjoy Kim Dare's books I must admit that her short stories are starting to frustrate me ... her characters deserve more IMO so I find myself getting miffed when the story ends so abruptly. This is a sweet read and it is easy to like the characters ... I'll probably wait until I have a build-up of Amazon credit, buy the entire series and read them all in one sitting. This close to Christmas, I'm skint and will have to manage my frustration over not being able to read more of these character's lives until next year.
review 2: 4.5 s... moretars.I always have one complaint with a Kim Dare story; they are too short! Handcuffs and Leather is a fantastic short story about Hadley who discovers his submissive tendencies after being taken hostage. But he really didn't want to have to discuss this with the psychologist that he's been fantasing about for the last few months...Again a great story, but gosh I wish there was more about these two. They really seem great together and I would love to read how not just their Master/sub relationship, but their personal relationship grows. less
