review 1: I guess because I never went to South America or to any Third World Country or backpacked or wanted to backpack this book didn't affect me. Also, my relationship with art? Non-existent... At least with Bria's type of art... It was cute. It did make me want to visit South America but I didn't really like this...However, I did enjoy the quotes by famous people in the beggining of ever "part".
review 2: I read this book after it got a lot of hype on booktube (Book tubers on YouTube if you weren't familiar with the term). I thought, huh, everyone seems to likes it. So I got it through my library, online (Desperate, right?) and read it in like, two hours! I was so in love with all of the characters. At first I was like, "This is going to be one of those books that g... moreets to much hype and I have to high expectations." I was wrong. I think it deserves hype and I recommend it to any contemporary fan. I gladly gave it a 5/5 because I think that the author did a really nice job! less
