review 1: This book was also a little sad for me. In the beginning, Chase still had trouble with the death of his girlfriend Nikki. He didn't think he'd be able to move on but he came to realize that Nikki would not have wanted him to be unhappy and she'd want him to move on and that is exactly what he did with Brittany who he had gone to high school with with and then went to the same college, they were actually best friends. It turned out that they had great chemistry.
review 2: I was left totally gutted after the first book in this series but I just had to read this and find out what was next for Chase Walker! I read this book in a matter of hours. I couldn't put it down. However, I don't rate this book as highly as I rated Chasing Nikki.The main reason for this wa... mores Chase and Britney's relationship. I just didn't like them as a couple- she wasn't Nikki. I was smiling at the pages as I read about Chase's persistency when he pursued Nikki and I thought they were perfect together- her death was devastating. Seeing Chase move onto someone else wasn't very interesting for me to read as I always imagined him with Nikki. I spent the majority of this book hoping for some sort of twist that would make Nikki still be alive- this didn't happen. By the end of this book I was feeling very disappointed. I wasn't happy with Chase and Britney getting married and having a baby together. I didn't root for them at all throughout this book and I didn't want them to end up together. I still have hope that something will happen in the last series of this book that brings Nikki back! A great twist is just what I need to brighten my mood about this series. I'd recommend this series to anyone who loves romance books, however, get the tissues ready! Bring on Chased Dreams!! less
