review 1: This was in my infant's easter basket, and I think it might have been the first book I read to her. I say it might have been because she's only 10 weeks old and I'm only now feeling like I have a clue, and I thought I'd be reading to her from day 1, and I've only read three books to her since she was born so far. Anyway, this was either the first or second (the other was Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See) book the little one heard. It's a cute sample of the style of the picture books, and the easter colors were fun.
review 2: Definitely not my favorite Easter board book. The illustrations are mostly taken from the other mouse books and eggs added. The text is simple. Mouse finds eggs of different colors and amounts. The best part is bunny sneaking aro... moreund in the pictures, then revealed at the end. No where near as good as the original titles because the whole cause and effect bit is missing, but it would be fun for a fan of the series. less
