review 1: If you liked Gregor the Overlander by Suzanne Collins then you'll probably like The Spindlers too. When Liza discovers that her brother's soul has been stolen by the spider-like Spindlers she has to travel to Below to find him. Along the way Liza meets many strange and interesting creatures, but finds a friend in a rat named Mirabella. This action-packed story has many twists and turns and a couple of mysteries to solve along the way. I recommend it to anyone who loves a good fantasy adventure book.
review 2: Me lo firmó la autora en el festival de Celsius y tenía muchas ganas de leerlo. Me gustó, aunque me resultó algo previsible. Me recordó a muchas historias que amo, a Coraline, a Alicia en el país de las maravillas, al Libro de las cosas perdidas.... more.. Es más o menos el tipo de fantasía oscurilla para niños que quiero escribir algún día, aunque por lo que llevo leído, Lísel y Po me está resultando más adictivo. Veremos. :) less
