review 1: wow...talk about emotional turmoil, intensity, and just anticipation. much different from anything I've read. is this real...is this a movie...crazy, is it crazy? I read a review where someone compare it to slammed by colleen Hoover...I can't even begin to surmise where the comparisons begin. all in all...really good story, little disappointed with the ending, but I think the author did right by her story and not what I wanted. review 2: Reviewing on my phone, so this will be quick. This was a beautiful story. I thought the character development was well done and the writing was so well-done. I loved how self possessed Maise was, throughout the whole book, I thought she might be the most "grown up" of anyone, which is a sad statement.
