review 1: I liked the way this book started, with both characters struggling with their attraction not to endanger their friendship and family relations. I understood both their position regarding love, commitment and trust. And I was quickly convinced by Andrew's acts. It was more difficult for me to really accept Jill's procrastination and backwards' moves. The worst part of this book was the one dealing with the crazy stalker. It did not seem real at all, as there was no explanations provided regards what had created the fixation at first. It just seemed like a convenient thing to create life and death situation, that was useless in my opinion for the main plot. And this took a lot of writing time out of the romance, when it should have been more developed.All in all this book di... moresappointed me a little.
review 2: Andrew was introduced in Book I as the best friend of Jack and Kelly and I absolutely loved this story. Andrew is a, "love em and leave em." kind of guy after having his heart shattered by his first love. Andrew learns the love of his life....while a teenager, has moved back to the neighborhood following her divorce. Jill is also done with love, after her husband left her for another woman, so they agree to a friend with benefit relationship. When Andrew realizes this is just so much more than sex, Jill is ready to run for the hills...I absolutely love how he convinces her that his love for her is real and well worth taking another chance on love. The sex is hot....not too kinky but absolutely worth the read.
