An English Bride In Scotland
review 1: I didn't like that the hero contemplated consummating his marriage with his unconscious wife, and I did not like that the heroine kept having to rescue herself because the hero was unconscious. I also found the bad guy ridiculously easy to figure out once you got to a certain point in the book, and it annoyed me that the dog was part of the story on one page and just gone the next, not to return for the whole rest of the book. This book started out well enough, but got disappointing fairly early on. There are so many better versions of this basic story out there, Julie Garwood's The Bride and The Wedding being my two favorites.
review 2: I am giving tons of four's with this author. What a cute book and great story. The heroine is funny and getting to know her
... more and her brain is a lot of fun.She is a perfect match for Ross! What a shock it was for her to finally see the world after growing up in an Abby. I would have liked to read that her parents get what they deserve but maybe in the future and maybe it is but in another book. I will read on.This is a must read and easy to fall in love with. less

A nice romance, though the heroines in these stories tend to frustrate me at times.
