review 1: Adore a Anders, es uno de los ejecutores que me enamoró desde el principio. Valerie, es fuerte, decidida y maneja con cierta ironía el asunto. La historia en sí me parece bueno, solo que, creo que se esta yendo por otros carriles la autora y estamos dejando de lado al desdentado de unos libros atrás, se ha olvidado que ese ser es más peligro aún... Digo, el malo de este libro, es inconscientemente malo, no tenia nada que le indicara que debía hacerse. Lucian tan dulce como papel de lija y clavos en la piel, lo amo, y Leigh, vamos el papel de Leigh durante esta historia fue barabaro. No lo puntuó con cinco porque la sencilla razón que se esta alejando del punto crucial, los desdentados, en especial aquel al ... moreque persiguieron en dos o tres libros, aún esta libre y es un peligro. Espero con ansias el libro 19, si no fallo será el amigo de Jo.
review 2: Well... erm... it's not bad... I've read much worse... and the steamy parts are awesome... but the mid-beginning bothers me.It starts out really good with some intense-suspense scenes, but after those scenes end, there's no weening phase or quiver. Yes, she brings the suspenseful scenes back as "knowledge" that it had happened, but there's no haunting memory, no unsureness, quivering of returning to normal life. In fact, she dumps the story right into a friendly relationship as if the character had been friends with this other character all along.I'm sorry, but situations of kidnapping and terror don't just go away in the span of three or four days, especially not when that terrifying moment lasted two weeks, as she put in her book. It just doesn't work like that. It's a nightmare you never woke up from. Nightmares we suffer with in our dreams may last us all day, but a nightmare that we endured AWAKE, for two weeks mind you, will last several months, if it ever even goes away. It makes getting into her book and taking it serious very difficult.I found myself just skimming over and reading the dialogue to get the gist. It's all I really can do with it. I feel I've wasted my money on it.I'm sorry if you like this book, but it just bothers me a whole lot. Maybe it's my knowledge of the matter, and how I've done enough research to know the long-term effects of trauma.And on a side note, sorry if this post seemed disjointed any. I'm adding my thoughts on cop-killers and media to a blog. less

Couple of years ago stumbled unto this series so when as soon as that TBR list allows or get hands on I read the next one in series. Anyone that has read any of these knows all about the gorgeous guys that are in these and a different one featured in each one. While reading these you also get to catch up with previous characters and this one was no exception. Here we have Valerie and Anders the next two who are to be life mates come together after a very dangerous escape by Valerie who gets away from a rouge of their kind. Found by Anders when their team is sent in to deal with this situation after hearing her 911 call it begins. Right away get caught up in on how to get to know your future mate and how to tell her without scaring the stuffing out of her. Also follow the last of Leigh's pregnancy up to delivery. She is one funny character. All and all lighthearted story line,dangerous times and of course love filled with that passion that happens between two life mates.

The Argeneau series just got a revive with Anders's story. Other then the guys name being Semen and the chicks pet name for him being Semmy. (Kinda stupid), this was a good story. Lynsay Sands has this horrible habit of focusing sooo much on food every single book that it gets boring really quick. Despite this being a good book, I found myself rolling my eyes a few times. Ok, we get it, you like food! Move on!
