review 1: This is a really good book that is a quick read. The information pertains to more than just romantic relationships, and can be expanded to other things in our lives that are basically toxic. Be it jobs, places, people, and/or anything else that would hold one back from being a positive and happy person. Including ourselves. This is a book, or more like a pamphlet, that I would recommend to many.
