review 1: A used-to-be child TV star can hear what anyone in the world is saying about her. Some misguided but nice brothers kidnap her to “rescue” her from her “crazy” father, only he’s dead and she stays inside because inside this certain house is the only place she doesn’t hear the voices. A book about how she finds out she’s not the only one, and gets the courage to come outside and find a solution.
review 2: I always loved Haddix. I loved all her dystopian books. I think this is one of the better, quick, dystopian books i've read by her. I gave it four stars just because i felt like it was missing a little something. Just something that would make it totally satisfactory. But, either way it was really good. I would with out a doubt recommend it. I know

Great book. It's science fiction mixed with real life and some drama...

Just a tad bit slow for my tastes. Great storyline though.
