review 1: Derrick and Dylan are identical twins, and no-one will notice if they swap places - they hope. Derrick is in construction and Dylan's a psychiatric doctor. But it's just a project business meeting, and Derrick needs personal time so Dylan agrees to impersonate his brother - there's a bet involved which I didn't find very convincing. But Harper who works with Derrick does notice the difference, and he insists Dylan meet him over dinner later to explain himself.Augusta, Georgia is respectable, but Harper frequents a private club where anything goes. Dylan doesn't hide the fact that he's bisexual, unlike Derrick, and Harper is like-minded. The part-owner of the club, a choosy redhead named Freddie, notices the chemistry between the two good-looking guys. So next day when her ... morebrother tells her that he's seen one of them with a girlfriend, she just thinks Dylan is a skunk.Marie Harte plays the twin card for amusement, but she makes the point that just because one twin is into an alternate lifestyle it doesn't mean the other one is. Dylan, Harper and Freddie find themselves compatible for a relationship, but polyandry is not socially acceptable, however happy the participants. A sub-plot involving Derrick and Dylan's widowed mother starting a new relationship in her golden years is good to round the brothers off as family members.
review 2: Raising The Bar is the 3rd book in the 'Wicked Warren Brothers' series by the very talented Marie Harte. This is Dylan's story. We first met the sexy doc in his younger brother Gage's book 'Enjoying the Show' and then in his twin Derrick's book 'Closing The Deal'.....Until his own story, I felt Dylan came across as quite serious and a bit phobic about getting into a relationship. In RTB we see a different side to him - still cautious and kinda quiet but, for a change, having fun & willing to take a riskWhile 'acting' as his brother after losing a bet, Dylan meets Harper and the sexual attraction is instant.Later, when having a drink at a very exclusive club with the handsome contractor, he is introduced to Freddy - the gorgeous bartender - and as with Harper, there is an immediate spark of interest! One + one + one = ??..... Is it just lust between the three of them and would it be likely to end in complications & hurt or could it lead to love and much more than Dylan could ever imagine?Raising The Bar introduces us to some fabulous new characters and we meet up again with some old favourites.Harper & Freddy are really likeable, fun characters and you immediately warm to them. We catch up with Gage & Hailey and Derrick & Sydney and find out what is happening in their lives. There is a great side story featuring the brothers mother, Barbara - who is as perceptive, as much fun (and as nosey!!) as ever! The book is full of passion, a touch of frustration, some fun and - as you would expect from one of Marie's books - smoking hot sex, with a little BDSM!!! I laughed out loud in parts and in others I worried about which way Dylan was gonna jump and how things were gonna work out for the trio!!Hard to put down, Raising The Bar is another 5* success from Marie. I absolutely love her books and look forward to reading more in the future!! less

I liked it but felt it was a bit rushed. I would have liked to read more about the characters.

DNF'ed at 85%.Interesting characters, but I couldn't get past the cheesy bad porn dialogue.
