review 1: The Gray Man Series was one I was hesitant to start. After finishing the John Rain series by Barry Eisler, I knew something could start out slow and end as one of my favorites. Court Gentry diden't even really start out slow and definitely didn't take as long as Rain did to get into and yes, it is one of my favorite series now. Just finished the most recent release, Dead Eye, just a day or two after it hit the market. That is how I roll when it comes to a series I really like. Long live Court Gentry...especially since he is back on American soil!
review 2: I decided to pick up a Mark Greaney book after reading his collaboration with Tom Clancy figuring that Clancy would only link up with a quality writer and I found that to have a pretty fair deduction. As
... more well, I find it a pretty apt description by James Rollins to say that Court Gentry could well become the current "Jason Bourne." Like so many books of this genre, however, it is a little strained on the believability factor in some parts. Still, a fun and fast-paced yarn and well worth the time. less
