Liese can't come to trust Logan because she's been betrayed badly along time ago by her ex husband, and doesn't ever want to be betrayed again. but each time she spends with logan, she trys to hold back her desires but fails miserably.Logan brings out the human in her that she never knew she had, he made her feel special as any girl would want to be treated.I love some parts in this book where Race-Razor, made things funny and got punched for it.xDDD cracks me up haha.ha.haaa-but throughout logan starts to sorta earn liese's trust and in the end they marry and everyone's happy...well most people.#207
review 2: I think this maybe the best book of the series! It was funny, hot and smexy. Liese is just a bit insecure after being dump at the alter and fired from her job. She is now the manager of Meiers Corner Blood bank. Logan is the extremely handsome vampire and CEO of Steel Security. Logan's attraction to Liese is instant but Liese is wary and doesn't trust Logan. At times I was a little exasperated with Liese's insecurities about herself. But in the end, after all the doubts, drama and craziness that ensued, everything turned out as it should. Great read! I would recommend the series less
