review 1: Good one, I've been off reading GN for a while in part because I have so many other things to read. This was a good coming back. Art is ok, writing is very good. Quite a lot of classical ethical questions worked in to a series within a series about a detective who does everything by the letter of the law, and eventually finds that it doesn't work for him on a number of levels. Wonderful character interweaving of stories, and a good non-happy ending, my favorite kind.

... moret; I liked it!! I'm a huge fan of the true crime and mystery genres so this looked like a good fit for me. After adjusting my glasses for the pages with more text, I was able to "get" the conversations going on here and there. The one thing I didn't like was the newspaper reprints which directed one to a continuation on a page that I couldn't find. Joke was on me! I was a little slow on that one, but finally figured it out. It was a quick read and enjoyable. less
