review 1: Now that I have finished the series, I have to write something about it... Ok I got all the books for free, but I don't understand how someone would pay for these books? These are so childish! If it's not for excessive and needless adult content you could read to a child!Three men fall in love with one woman, they marry her, adore her, and practically breath her, then they have three sons and a daughter, 33 years later their three sons fall in love with one woman and they marry her, and cherish her, their daughter's husbands sister again has two men who fall for her and who would do anything for her, like leave their jobs and be jobless.. Not to mention, in these books women do not feel contractions until the baby is crowning!! That's just pathetic! Pathetic!!!!! And they ... morejoke and laugh right during labor! Like the moment of the delivery... I don't really know what the purpose of the books are!!
review 2: Bittersweet. This was a very hard book for me to read. The story-line was great and the writing was fantastic, I'm just not ready to let go of the Colters yet. They have become so very real to me. This series was so much more than erotica, it was so much more than just romance. I would get some very funny looks when I would try to explain it to people.The story of Lauren, Liam, and Noah was a bit darker than the others but it was just as powerful. Laurens struggles with her feelings on the abuse that she suffered seemed very true. Seeing them all start this new relationship and look to the Colters for advice was very touching. The Colters are what every family should strive to be. less
