review 1: Banyak yang mengkritik ketika Meg Cabot "memasuki" dunia cerita misteri. Saat saya membaca sih emang biasa banget dibanding buku-buku andalan dia yang princess series itu. Tapi tapi ta[i ternyata nagih. Walaupun ngga nunggu nunggu seri berikutnya, tapi semangat begitu heather wells hadir kembali, hihihihi.Kisah kali ini tidak semenegangkan Size 12 Is Not Fat, tapi gak secheesy Big Boned. Porsi misterinya jauh berkurang, tapi yaaa lumayan lah. Mengeksplore kisah tokoh lain yang tadinya kirain cuma hiasan doang, si Tania Trace. The Bride Wore Size 12 sudah ada di tangan dan siap dibaca. Semoga sisi misterinya dibanyakin lagi.
review 2: I love the writing style of Meg Cabot and have read both her YA novels as well as those for adults and not matter what I pick up ... moreI am never disappointed! So I first picked up the first Heather Wells mystery "Size 12 isn't fat" just because it was a Meg Cabot book and I LOVED it!Heather Wells is an ex pop star who famously lost her fiancé Jordon to another pop star and sick and tired of "the life" she quit and in trying to find herself became the assistant director of a fictional residence hall so she could have access to discounted education but quickly gets thrown into a murder investigation. Let the shenanigans ensue!Although the books don't necessarily have to be read in order I would recommend doing so just so you can truly experience Heather's evolution from starving pop star to bigger but happier girl detective, and see her relationship with Cooper evolve and grow.Although this wasn't my favourite of Heather's stories it was a solid next instalment, it was just unfortunate that I was able to finish it so quickly :) less

I was so excited when I found out there were more Heather Wells books coming out and when I found this one I knew I had to read it! I thought this mystery was great, a lot deeper than the other ones, well character wise. We get to see Heather with Cooper (YAY!!!), becoming friends with Jordan and Tania and being an all around BAMF!I can't wait to read the next one! From the sneak peek in this one you can tell it's gonna be awesome!

Meg Cabot has always been one of my favorite authors. I like the candid way she writes because it makes the main character candid as well. I've grown to adore Heather Wells and constantly wonder what it's like to be someone who used to be famous but now is an "ordinary" person just occasionally recognized by those who knew her as a pop star. She seems to have moved on fairly well. This is prolly my favorite series by Meg.
