review 1: This book was just okay for me. Needed more about the characters - physical descriptions, personalities, etc.....living and being married in a polygamy compound and she just leaves and nobody seems to care, because she lied and they wanted her gone??????? I also had a difficult time with Porter's meth addiction.......could have been much better.....not a great book about polygamy and not a great romance. It could have been much more.
review 2: Wow! This is NOT my usual book but it sounded interesting! And was it ever..,I could not put it down! I was reading everywhere!! Brinley is amazing! She has such courage! I have to say I did not expect the end so I was very happy! The whole time I rooted for Brinley to get out!!! I wasn't 100% on Porter! I was a... morefraid he wasn't good enough for her! I feel so bad for Aspen! I hope there is another book following her! I'm also not a Rebecca hater so the ending for her made me sad! I really wish a few people got theirs! Otherwise this is a great read!!! less
