The Youngest Templar
review 1: This is written with a well developed story line but far more important is the topics directly and indirectly dealt with that make this part of a Classic series. The sense of duty and honor of the main characters leads to friendships and truth in their relationships. This is what has made literature and story telling an important addition to our cultures in all lands. This is not just a work done for profit but to contribute to the important concepts of Liberty and our responsibilities to protect it.
review 2: I'm not sure why it took me three years to read the second book in this trilogy about a 15 year squire for a Templar knight. This book is fast-paced, fun, and would be great to add to a junior high school classroom library, which is exactly where it will
... morebe going. I think teen boys will enjoy this book immensely. This second book picks up the previous book's cliffhanger and takes the three main protagonists through France and on the run from enemies of all kinds. I'm curious to see where the third book goes as this second novel also ends on a cliffhanger. less
