review 1: If you are looking for a rip roaring action book, this should fill the bill! Jack Dawson, special FBI agent is the hero. He and his people are against genetically modified crops--aren't we all. The "people" who are for them are shape shifters, out to kill the good guys and force everyone to see things their way. Jack has a very large cat who is one of a force to keep scientists aware of encroaching disaster. For you cat lovers--this cat and a companion survive--some others do not.
review 2: This was a free ebook on Amazon. I downloaded it (without reading the description) because I automatically thought it was a zombie novel because of the biohazard symbol on the cover. Well, I was wrong. And had I read the description, I probably wouldn't have downloaded
... moreit, to be honest. However, to my surprise, I found this book to be interesting even though it was about extraterrestrial insect beings who were using genetically modified organisms (GMOs are real by the way) to take over earth and use humans as a food source. This book reminded me of how much I like thrillers. I would recommend this to anyone who like sci-fi/aliens or thrillers. less

Really enjoyed this book. Just the right amount of action, science and conspiracy for me.

Gave 4 stars because the love interest was lame. Overall was good sci-fi book.

Very well written. Uses current social feelings well to create suspense.
