review 1: The book is written very well, my rating is not based on the quality of the book. My rating is based on how much I liked it. I originally thought the premise was interesting and I learned a lot about the Mormon culture by reading this book. However, thinking that it was a Religious themed book, I was disappointed with the book. There is a lot of swearing and sexuality that I wasn't expecting and isn't really what I like to read. Wallace has a gift for writing, I just didn't like the content.
