review 2: I read this trilogy last year and absolutely loved it. The books kept getting better and better as the series went on. Personally, this was my favourite of th... moree three. I loved the mystery in it. I think it finished off the trilogy well. These are my favourite books that I have read and I can't really find any major faults in them. What is good about the series overall is that it completely changes your view of reality. Fairies are cute and friendly when you were a child but these books show them in an evil and somewhat scary manner. The fairies are like those appearing in folklore which I found added to how interesting the book was since I like mythology and folklore a lot. Overall, the series was well written, kept you guessing and was basically just amazing. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in fantasy books. less
