review 1: I think this is a very adventurous book. Even though it was adventurous, the actions the characters did didn't really excite me to read on. But, I was fascinated at the some parts of the book. Like when Red (aka. Rowan) learned that she is part fey and that her aunt is actually her mother. Another part that fascinated me was near the end, when Red/Rowan told the whole fairy court what her name was. This was because she finally understood that her real mother named her Rowan to protect her. That was why she was able to burn the wing of the fairy and how she poisoned the Hedgewitch. All in all, this was a pretty average book.
review 2: Seruuuuuu!!! Ga nyesel baca buku ke dua dari trilogy The 13 Treasures ini. Petualangan Tanya dan Fabian belum berakhir. Di buku... more ini, Red sama Warwick juga terlibat karena ulah para fairy, dan sekarang mereka harus menyelesaikan tugas dari fairy supaya bisa menyelamatkan James (adik nya Red). Banyak kejutan yang dihadirkan dari buku ini. God, I can't wait to read the 3rd book! Buku ketiga nya sampe saat ini belum ada di website resmi penerbit nya. Gondok banget. Ending nya ga ngegantung sih, tapi nasib mereka yang masih ngegantung and now I must wait for the 3rd book, and I don't know until when!-__- Kasihan banget sama Red, dia udah ngalamin banyak kejadian menyedihkan di hidup nya, mulai dari kecelakaan orang tua nya, James diambil fairy, dan di buku ini ada beberapa hal lagi yang bikin miris banget sama nasib Red. Ending nya tuh bener-bener ga adil, tapi disitu Red dapet pelajaran berharga. The 3rd book, please! less
