review 1: At first I thought Sam was so annoying I wouldn't be able to get through the book. She was childish and self serving, the number of times she whined far out weighed the author's attempt to include how charitable she could be. Toward the end she became more tolerable but the characters lacked depth. While I *am* curious to see where the story is headed, at this point I won't be continuing with the series.
review 2: Well, i don't know what to say. It's an angel book, that's why i read it. and I'll keep reading on book two. I think i'm a bit obsess on this kind of book. I find it really interesting. you know, angels and falling in love with heaven and hell against her odds. I really like stories like that. So yeah, here i am reading another angel-y stories.So the... more book is ok. It's pretty good actually. But not THAT good tho~ It have it's moments. The forbidden love affair, the angels and demons, the special girl. It's good really. At the first part, i thought i won't like the book because of the 'too good to be true' parts. but yeah, they have this 'it must be planned by the heavens' something in the book, so it's not that ridiculous. The plot twist is good, not really that much predictable to plus points. Then they have this cute and adorably handsome characters. so yeah, hot boys all over. They the characters relationships are good. The family thingy part. So yeah, it's pretty good. if you want to just read a angel's stories. well, it's a bit weird that the theme of the book it 'kiss'. Because they can't kiss, because of that and this. Something happened because of a kiss. and so on. but it's ok, i guess. Hahaha. it's one of those books, not bad, but not that good either. But yeah, I keep reading. I didn't put it down, maybe because i dont have something good to do. hahahahaha less
