review 1: I read this book and found myself holding my breath waiting for the next shoe to drop. I felt like I was watching a horror movie I kept telling the characters what to do and getting upset when things didn't go my way. This story is not a horror story it was just the easiest way to describe how the book made me feel. I had to read this book in one night because I was so vested in the characters I had to know how their life unfolded and did they get their happily ever after. So get this book and get sucked in.
review 2: ntentional is an enjoyable debut by MK Harkins. Matti has graduated and started her own graphic design business. Matti moves to Sedona with her roommate and childhood friend, Sara. Sara is starting her new job at Seth’s law firm. The book is wri... moretten in multiple view points of the main characters which allows you to get in their head and understand the decisions they were making. Matti finds her true love with Sarah’s boss, Jeremy. Sarah is not supportive. Jeremy and Matti are soul mates, or so we think until the night of the office party. As a result, Matti leaves town and eventually meets Cade. Cade is a tattooed engineer who is also a rock star in the evening. Matti becomes friends with him and his band. Once Jeremy realizes what happened that fateful night he starts looking for Matti. Intentional was a solid romance with the highs and lows of your first love. It is YA appropriate and enjoyable for a slightly more mature adult too.
