review 1: After reading the last book I was intrigued to see how Hazel would handle coming into her mating time, but only wanting Oliver. He was such a stick in the mud I thought he might let her go to another man. And sure enough it almost happened. I thought from there he would be happy for the gift that landed in his lap, but no he managed to screw things up with Hazel. I was proud that Hazel stood up for what she wanted and followed through, it allowed her to get her prize in the end.
review 2: This one will get you steamy! After the first in the series, Wild Card, I had to read on! It's paranormal erotic romance it was a really hot read! It is a short novella, 70 pages per Amazon. Oliver can't move on after the death of his wife until he's put in a "position" h
... moree can't walk away from. He loves Hazel, but has a "hard" time realizing it. If you are looking for a paranormal novella to turn up the heat you can't go wrong with Down and Dirty!Wild Card #1Calling the Bluff #2Ante Up #3 less
