review 1: I checked a Cry Sanctuary ebook out from my local library. Rogers is a new author to me, but after reading Wilder's Mate and Crux (Free on Amazon, at the time) I was hooked on her writing style and ability to make old ideas seem a bit fresher. Really good character development, and a good plot-- a little rushed in the last chapters, but a good read, none the less. I'll be looking for more by Moira Rogers.
review 2: I really enjoyed this book, the story was interesting and the society was well thought out. I read a lot of shifters books and it's nice to have a different idea behind how the shifters do things. It was great having read The Becoming first so I knew the story of Sam and Gavin. It was also nice to see Kieth all grown up and a real man. I really loved
... more Kieth, he is strong and hot and you can't help but want to be with him. And you can still see that sweet, helpful boy we met in The Becoming. Abby is a great heroin and I loved that she battled with the alpha in her. It made the story more interesting that at times she didn't even realise that it was the alpha making her behave the way she did. The supporting characters were great and I can't wait to read about all of them. less

This book was a start, but it felt unfinished and underdeveloped.
