review 1: Good summary of the struggle by governments to apply existing law enforcement principles to the allegedly lawless badlands of the Internet. The Enzyte chapter is a very good example of legal reporting; in general, the author handles legal issues very well for a non-lawyer. Hat tip to the author for his description of Kim Dotcom as a "hefty German manchild." I would not at all be surprised to see this book reissued with additional material about the Snowden/NSA story, which is enormously relevant to the book as a whole but broke while it was on the way to the printers, I'm guessing.

... morencentration on the judicial side that came down very similar in content to a Cybersecurity Law & Policy grad school class I took a couple semesters ago. Except way easier to read and enjoy than pages upon pages of court documents. less
