review 1: You'd think after the first one, that well, things couldn't get any weirder than what these guys are going through. Well volume 2 there's more of that and backstory, which is helpful to understand these group of characters. Art is fine as usual. Wonder how they'll escape from this school and what's the plan, etc like the first volume. With this one the story is moving at a fast pace, with some slow stops in between for character development or backstory, etc. Good volume.
review 2: We get a lot more back story in this volume which is great. I really like Casey and Hunter, I ship them hard which probably means one of them is going to die haha. I really like the art a lot, even if everyone's bodies are a little too model-esque lol. I still have no idea what is
... more going on with the academy but I'm hoping more will be revealed. My biggest complaint is that the story does feel a little jumpy and the different timelines aren't always clear. A little more connection from issue to issue would be great. less

Made slightly more sense than the first volume. Enjoyable enough that I'll check out the next.

I suspect there is a long game that I might be too impatient to play along with.

just enough drama to keep me going and to wonder what the hell is going on 3.5
