review 1: I have no patience for emotionally stupid heroine ..and Quinn is just that...Oh he wants me.....oh he lied to me...but he makes me hot so I should trust him....oh god he betrayed me again....dear lord his kiss is amazing....OMG he just caused me the biggest heartache in my life but he did not mean it ..it is just that he is an asshole he can't help being an asshole ..I think I am falling in love with him because even though he lied to me about everything and betrayed me countless times and gave me to his master to abuse the hell out of me and even though he twisted my arms basically to have sex with me and even though HE says don't trust me .....I love him and I trust him because I am confusing lust and seduction with true love...SPARE ME This book proves to me you can h... moreate all the charachters but still like the story a little bit..and the idea is not bad too..
review 2: Quinn strong connection to her brother and her love for him made family dynamic a very important part of this book. Everything she does in this book is for the purpose of finding her brother. The connection between her and Arturo in the beginning kind of weirded me out that she was so accepting of this vampire. We were told how vamp city was made met a couple different vampires but the key players in this were really Arturo and Quinn. I would have like to see a little less blood in court and guts in this book but because it's vampires it's par for the course. With that said I enjoyed the book. sometimes it got a little slow I would've liked to of seen more of Zack and maybe if he made contact with Lily and maybe they could have rescued Lily as well but overall it was a pretty good book less
