review 1: I really liked this book. The only thing I could complain about is Amelia just really wanted to be a martyr. I wanted to yell at her, "Stop trying to sacrifice yourself for your love!" You would think after the first time she would stop but nope she has to try two more times.Then she gets the message when something bad happens that maybe this isn't going to work. Other than that it was pretty good.
review 2: Ahhhh *twirls* that was wonderful.A Highlander falls for a Baron's daughter upon kidnapping her in order to stop Scotland's submission to England. Naturally, when the Highlander looks like the David sculpture, the bonny lass (I speak Highlander already) can't help but fall for him, too. A good tale of betrayal, honor, Highlander pride and patriotism and som... moree good swoons. I think I'm going to acquire some more of Paula Quinn's words very soon. I'm dying to know how Darach and Janet faired (hopefully there's a story for them soon). less
