review 1: Phil Cooke leads readers on a journey of discovery in ONE BIG THING. I like the honesty and straightforward nature of this book. Like Cooke says in the introduction, “This book won’t give you all the answers, but it will help you start asking the right questions.”A few pages further in the introduction, Cooke says, “Your current circumstances aren’t nearly as big a factor as you think. It’s not about where you are, it’s about where you’re going. The point is that if you have passion, drive and commitment—and will look at your life with honesty—almost anything can happen.”I love the hope and encouragement in the pages of ONE BIG THING. I highly recommend it.

... moreI thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend. I was thrilled to see that he had a new release, One Big Thing. I wonder if Phil Cooke really has a "one big thing" because in just reading his books there are A LOT of things he is doing superbly. One big thing he is certainly incredible at doing is writing. His books are POWER PACKED with wisdom that is priceless when it comes to living successfully in this world. The thing I think I love most is that Phil Cooke doesn't shove his faith in your face, but he leads you to it. The foundation and principles he speaks of come from his Christian faith and he's not ashamed to share that with you.One Big Thing is a book EVERYONE should read if you're trying to figure out who you are and what your purpose is in life. And Phil makes it clear that YOU HAVE A PURPOSE. He poses all the important questions that will enable you to examine your life and determine what your one big thing in life is. The true bonus is that Phil's writing style is superb. He's your best friend, willing to be honest with you, revealing the good, the bad, and the ugly, and intent on helping you live life to your fullest potential.Disclosure of Material Connection: I received this book free from the publisher through the BookSneeze®.com [...] book review bloggers program.
