18 for 2018!

Happy New Year!!

I love resolutions.  I love making them all year long, and sometimes I even keep them!  This year I made a list of 18 different things I want to establish or accomplish in 2018.  The list was inspired by the Happier Podcast with Gretchen Rubin and Elizabeth Craft. 

I started listening to this podcast last year, and completely fell in love.  Gretchen and Elizabeth are sisters, and each have a different way of looking at everyday problems.  I really like the juxtaposition of their ideas. 

I definitely think that if you do nothing else to better yourself in 2018, at least listen to the Happier Podcast!

 

 

 

Here is my 18 for 2018 list:

  • Get license
  • Get passport
  • Meditate daily
  • Create a yoga practice
  • Teach Cora (my dog) new tricks
  • Exercise 3 times a week
  • Drink more water
  • Read camera book & use camera more
  • Eat more veggies and fruit
  • Blog consistently
  • Read instead of watch TV
  • Use bullet journal
  • Start book
  • Practice drawing
  • Read & watch lord of the rings
  • Write daily..write anything
  • Make and send birthday cards
  • Make a Christmas card and SEND THEM OUT.
  • I was going to go into each item on the list in more detail

    as I finish or establish them into my routine.  First, make the list, then finish the list.
