The definition of tall, blonde, and beautiful is Amanda Kloots. But, it doesn’t stop there. Amanda has a positive spirit and is always inspiring others to do their best, no matter where they are.

By the looks of it, the energy she puts out during her classes at Studio B definitely radiate onto those who attend. You can’t help but to smile and dance your heart out. She’s a Broadway girl gone boss babe, creating The Rope and The Dance, which are workouts like no other.

We need to know more about the woman who made working out fun again, so we’ve asked Amanda 21-questions to find out what fuels her #fitnessMO!

FMO: Why do you workout?
Amanda: I workout because it makes me feel good! It sets my day off in a healthy and positive way.

FMO: What first got you interested in the health and fitness world?
Amanda: I got interested while I was performing as a Radio City Rockette and on Broadway because staying healthy and in top physical shape is very important when you are performing.

FMO: What does your go-to workout look like?
Amanda: My go to workout is definitely jump rope! I’ll grab my rope and starting jumping. I can go for an hour sometimes! It’s the best cardio.

FMO: What is your favorite fitness class to take?
Amanda: I love taking ballet class!

FMO: How many times a week do you work out?
Amanda: I workout six days a week. I always try to have one day off to rest my body.

FMO: What are 5 songs on your workout playlist?
Amanda: Let’s Go by Tiesto, Head Full of Dreams by Coldplay, Crazy in Love by Beyonce, Look What You Made Me Do by Taylor Swift, and Hero by Cash Cash.

FMO: What are your favorite shoes to workout in?
Amanda: I wear Asics. They are the best shoes for my feet and for working out all day.

FMO: What is your ideal workout outfit?
Amanda: I love a matching set! Leggings with a high waist and a longer bra! Luckily I work at Bandier and they house all the best athleisure brands.

FMO: What is one health and fitness product/tool that you can’t live without?
Amanda: A foam roller!

FMO: Do you follow a specific diet? If so, what do you follow?
Amanda: I eat Sakara Life. It is a 100% all organic all plant based meal delivery. I eat the Monday-Friday plan.

FMO: What is one move that everyone should incorporate into their workouts?
Amanda: Jump Rope!

FMO: Do you prefer to workout indoors or outdoors?
Amanda: Indoors with a mirror. I like paying close attention to my body while I am working out.

FMO: What is your perfect pre-workout meal? What is your perfect post-workout meal?
Amanda: I actually can’t eat before my first workout. I do love a cup of coffee, though. After a workout I like a smoothie or tuna fish salad sandwich, sushi, or salad.

FMO: How do you stay fit while traveling/on vacation?
Amanda: It is hard to stay fit on vacation! I like to do it first thing in the morning so it is out of the way. It starts my day off in the right direction.

FMO: What is the craziest health/fitness thing you have ever tried?
Amanda: I took a Kangoo class in Chicago that was pretty wild and crazy! They are these boots you wear that make you jump really high.

FMO: Is there any current trend in health/fitness that you are dying to try?
Amanda: I want to get to the boxing gyms when I have some time!

FMO: If you could pick anybody to workout with, who would it be?
Amanda: I would love to train Michelle Obama! I love that she works hard on being fit and encourages others to do so as well. She is not only smart but seems like she would be a blast to train.

FMO: What is your favorite to chill out?
Amanda: I love going to a great dinner with my husband.

FMO: What is your Starbucks order?
Amanda: I love sous vide egg white bites. I crave them!

FMO: What do you think will be the biggest health or fitness trend for 2018?
Amanda: Spreading the word on what a wonderful workout jump roping is! The rope will change your body.

FMO: What advice can you give to someone who is trying to lead a healthier lifestyle?
Amanda: I always tell my clients to focus on one thing at a time; a stepping stone to a bigger goal! Don’t worry about changing everything at once because most likely you will overwhelm yourself. Choose one thing you can do really well and put all your energy on that!
