- 3 cups of almonds
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ cup of water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Put everything into a saucepan on high until the sugar goes white and then switch to lower heat until it turns to toffee! Oil a steel tray or oil the top of the sink and pour out the almond toffee and while it is still hot, use 2 forks and separate each almond. Leave to cook before you pick them up and put them into a jar.
