The second in a series of the Iacone Early Years in New York City No. 02.
This section has the Mary and Dick wedding pictures. This is also the era when lil Marie Iacone was born and when they had their apartment on Catherine Street.
There is a picture of a couple which is separated by wire. They are the Rosenberg’s and they were convicted of espionage and lived in the same neighborhood, or, close. I remember Mary (Vitrano) Iacone telling me that on the night that the Rosenbergs were executed in the electric chair that the lights dimmed. She said all the neighbors were saying that’s why the electricity went out that night.

The bottom row is that of Mary and Dick getting married. I think this is Joe Iacone when he was a little boy. The last picture is that of Dominick with his daughter Marie Iacone.
