-We obviously don’t know his rising sign, and we can easily tell that Yana Sensei doesn’t know much about astrology(Or, does she?*smirks*) Either way, we’re going to talk as if Our Ciel is a Capricorn Ascendant, and the reason why I think he’s that way are his attempts to make himself look older, his pessimism, and the way he talks about life. He’s ambitious, shrewd and capricious. But, first, let’s talk about his aspects and natal planets. Then, we’ll talk about the grand square in his chart. If you don’t understand astrology, I’ll try to make it as understandable as possible.
Cancer Moon: I think that it’s possible that his Moon is conjunct the Sirius star. Cancer Moons are sensitive and emotional, and those who have strong Cancer in their charts typically love sweet food. Cancer Moons needs a safe environment, and will not typically show their feelings, unless they really trust someone. If we use whole house astrology, his Moon will fall in his 7th house. Our Ciel shows his softer side, only to the closest friends, or to the one he is in a serious relationship. But, it also means that he wants his partner to be very kind, motherly, and to baby him. Having the 7th house ruler, Moon, in the 7th house, means that he’ll only show his kind,affectionate,vulnerable side of himself, if his partner does that. This also means that Our Ciel only finds his true feelings, when he’s in the company of someone close to him.
Sagittarius Sun: Our Ciel is definitely not the typical Sagittarius, and I think this is because his Sun is in the hidden 12th house. Having Sun in Sagittarius in the 12th house means that he hides his optimistic part of himself even from him. Having a Sagittarius Mercury as well there means that he hides his true thoughts even from himself. Our Ciel is someone who likes to keep his true thoughts hidden from everyone, while maintaining his powerful, strong, stoic Capricorn appearance. It’s also possible that Our Ciel even hides his religious feelings and opinions in himself, and from himself.
Capricorn Venus: That’s really interesting for me. Well, first I’ll explain what having Venus in Capricorn means. It means you have high standards for your future partner. The one you’re going to love must be someone of high status, or at least look like it. Elizabeth is a noble young woman, isn’t she? Having Capricorn Venus in the 1st house means that others will like your appearance. Our Ciel is really cute, isn’t he? He always tries to present himself with expensive clothes, and he wants Lizzy to be like that as well. His Moon is opposite his Venus, and considering their sign and house-placements as well, means that either him or Lizzy is needy and emotional. I don’t know much about this aspect.
Pisces Mars: It is something that we both share, though my Mars is in the 9th house, while his it’s in the 3rd house. Mars rules our desires and sexual nature, which exist in us, while, Venus is our desires and sexual nature, which exist in us only in co-relation to another. What desire rises up in us, after we look at someone we desire, is our Venus, while, our independent desire and sexual nature, is our Mars. Having our Mars in Pisces, means that our sexual desires are somewhat unconscious. Our desires are easily influenced by the desires of the sexual partner. Our Ciel has his Mars in the 3rd house, and that means that he might be very direct. 3rd house rules our relations with siblings and cousins. It’s highly likely that they’ll do physical exercises and competitions and games together. We have seen the twins playing with one another. Or, it could be that there’s going to be lots of conflict with your siblings or cousins, or that have an ambitious, driven, and pushy, character.
Scorpio Jupiter: Jupiter is our luck, and Our Ciel’s Jupiter is opposite Saturn and square Uranus. Having Jupiter in Scorpio, that is not well-aspected, means that you’re going to have lots of crisis in your life, but also great lessons about the most important things in life. Our Ciel has a demon by his side, and Scorpio rules demons. Those crisis will be sudden, dramatic, but will teach Our Ciel a lot. Having Jupiter in Scorpio means wealth inherited, and even though he has Saturn in the 2nd house. Jupiter in Scorpio falls in the 11th house, and that means that he has optimistic friends, which are going to be a bit weird and powerful. (Soma, for example!)
Aquarius Saturn: Another thing we have in common, though my Saturn is in the 8th house. Our Ciel’s Saturn is in the 2nd house. Having Saturn in Aquarius means that you either have difficulties making friends(Like me.*weeps*), or that you’re very harsh(That you’re Saturian to your friends!) Saturn in Aquarius in the 2nd house is part of a grand square, opposing Uranus in Leo in the 8th house, and at the same squaring Jupiter in Scorpio in the 11th house, and Pluto in Taurus in the 5th house, that means that Our Ciel has a challenging life, and I’ll explain this in details.
Grand-square of Our Ciel: Money will sudden come in his life, but they will quickly leave his life. When it comes to money, one moment he will have extremely a lot money(Pluto and Jupiter squaring money houses!), and the next moment he won’t have much money(Uranus in the 8th house.) If he wants to have stable fortune, he must work by himself, and built his fortune based on his hard work, and not the money inherited, because they can go as quickly as they came. The crisis in his life will come all the sudden(Uranus in the 8th house!), and they will be extreme(Pluto squaring Uranus!).
Leo Uranus: He has Uranus in the 8th house, and it’s a difficult placement(I have Saturn in the 8th house *weeps*). Having Uranus in the 8th house means that you’re going to act as if you don’t have a dark side. He has to confront his dark feelings. It also means that his darkness is unusual, but it also means that his sexual desires are unusual. Our Ciel’s death will be sudden and dramatic and possible hidden(The ruler of the 8th house is in the 12th house.)
Taurus Pluto: Pluto in the 5th house is another thing I also have. It means that he takes creativity very seriously.
Taurus Neptune: Neptune is also in the 5th house, and that means as a child, Our Ciel has had an imaginative nature.
Aries Chiron: And, finally, Chiron represents our deepest wounds, and Our Ciel has Chiron in the 4th house in Aries. I’m honestly amazed on how accurate this is. Our Ciel may have a wound from his childhood or from his family, and that he carries it in physical body.
-I’ll wrap this up by saying that Our Ciel has a difficult, intense life, because of the grand square in fixed signs. I tried to do this, even though I’m not a professional astrologer, and I’m amazed by what I found out. Maybe, I’ll do one for Vincent Phantomhive or Claudia Phantomhive. I truly wonder if Yana Sensei knows astrology, because those discoveries feel very accurate.
