This book… I have such a hard time reviewing Sweet Valley High books because I know they’re for a younger audience, but they irritate me so much. So why am I reading them? Because Kindle Unlimited has all 143 books in the series and my inner 12 year is living.
The book follows Elizabeth as she goes on a date that she knows she shouldn’t go on with someone who is not Todd. The stakes aren’t very high because it’s Sweet Valley High, every book is like a soap opera, but everything turns out fine in the end.
Jessica, as always, was insufferable. I really hope that no one like her has existed because I would probably bash my head against a brick wall. The amount of manipulation that comes out of her in one sentence is more than I have in my entire being.
