If you have this feeling this book you will totally understand me when I was reading this book by Steph Nuss.
Book Number two in the Love in the city series follows Harper and Maverick. Harper is a fashion designer that wants to find real love, she is really romantic and the only thing she wants is a man that sweep her feet over.
Maverick had some problems before with the fashion industry so when Harper decides to mentor at his clinic he is very skeptical. But as he started to know her better, he starts to see that she is very special and wants to be more to her.
Both characters are lovely, I liked how Mav looks like a bad boy on the outside but is a sweety in the inside. The way he treats Harper, the way he treats his clients and his family and friends you can see an amazing guy that will make you fall in love. I can honestly say that Mav is my favorite character from the series because of his big heart but also really sexy.
The fact that all the books in the series treat different society problematic issues makes each and every one of the books special and the love story in them are marvelous. This is one of my favorite series, Steph Nuss just keep them coming.
