Scarlet is investigating an insurance fraud relating to the theft of some very expensive art. She needs to question members of the family, just to rule out their involvement.
She makes an appointment with Michael, who has been avoiding her phone calls. Scarlet hasn’t been involved with anyone for a couple of years, so she is surprised when she feels a spark ignite within her. She needs to interview Sam too, he’s Michaels’s stepbrother. Sam’s had tragedy in his life and his feelings have been turned off for a long time…..until he meets Scarlet. He feels a spark and Scarlet feels it too. She can’t believe after all these years she has feelings for two men.
Scarlet gets much more than she imagined when both handsome men make her temperature soar…and offer her the guiltiest of all pleasures—themselves.
This story is highly addictive and very sexy!
I usually read chick-lit and crime drama but I do love this kind of book.
I thoroughly recommend it. It has a really good storyline and isn’t just about the sex…of which there is some hot stuff!
