London-based band The Blinding Lights have recently released its debut music video “Can’t Get Enough.” Check out the catchy, electrified rocker here:
The video shows off the band’s recording sessions and displays their relentless energy in the classic rock ‘n’ roll era vibe. The band stated the track was written to give people an escape with the message of living in the moment and having fun, which goes in tandem with the band’s philosophy of believing in the power of mainstream rock to bring passion and excitement to the listener’s experience.
The group consists of Callum Lury (piano, organ, accordion, lead vocals), Jack Lury (lead and rhythm guitar), Theo Lury (drums, Percussion, backing vocals) and Will Lord (bass guitar, backing vocals).
Callum is classically trained on the piano and has developed a blues-rock vocal style, making him a solid frontman and the leader of the band. Theo is the drummer inspired by Ringo Starr, Max Weinberg and Roger Taylor, and is the main backing vocalist for the band. Jack is the lead guitarist in the band who is self-taught on the guitar by watching YouTube videos of Nils Lofgren, Eric Johnson, Tommy Emmanuel and Lindsey Buckingham. Will is the bassist for the band with a background in Jazz who keeps the band rolling on the rhythm section.
The Blinding Lights have combined 50s rock ‘n’ roll raw influences with pop hooks of the 60s and the power of 70s classic rock to establish themselves as a unique British rock and pop band that is on the rise.
