Mike Tenay had an interview with Teddy Long hyping his clients Scott Norton and Ice Train.
The charismatic Teddy Long says that the unstoppable powerhouse duo Fire and Ice have overpowered and easily defeated everything in their way. Scott “Flash” Norton is monstrously over in Japan and one of very few foreigners to ever hold the IWGP Championship and Ice Train is one of the blue chippers in WCW.
Teddy says that Fire and Ice have proved that they are legitimate contenders for the WCW World Tag Team titles and that Harlem Heat is afraid of Ice Train and Scott Norton. Teddy Long challenges Harlem Heat to step into the ring with the two powerhouses to prove who is best tag team in WCW.

DDP’s Arm Wrestling Invitational
An in-ring segment in which Diamond Dallas Page, with the Diamond Doll and Badd Company, appeared with DDP’s Arm Wrestling Trophy and issued an Challenge.
DDP will arrange a tournament where 16-men lock arms in a struggle to force the other’s hand down. Winner gets a shot at arm wrestling champion Diamond Dallas Page. The man who can defeat DDP will receive a check of $100,000. DDP has his arm wrestling trophy and hypes the Arm Wrestling Invitational.
The narcissistic bully “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff then came out and taunted DDP over losing to a nobody last week. He is taunting both DDP and the crowd by flexing his muscles in various bodybuilding poses.
This angered Kid Flash, who runs down the aisle and confronts Mr. Wonderful, The underdog and natural fan favorite challenged Mr. Wonderful to a match next week on Saturday Night. Orndorff is extremely self-confident despite the crowds’ chants of “Paula” and he accepts the challenge. He promise everyone that he will beat this nobody in under 5 minutes…
Orndorff leaves the arena as DDP, Diamond Doll and Mike Tenay are drawing the contestants of the tournament.

Jim Steele & Van Hammer vs. Bad Attitude
In a bout that had decent wrestling, but didn’t have much heat, Bad Attitude defeated ripped muscle boys Jim Steele & Van Hammer in 5:35 when Bobby Eaton defeated Jim Steele by pinfall with a fast roll up. Van Hammer and Jim Steele outmuscled their opponents and were very stiff and sloppy during the match, but the two grizzled veterans outsmarted the glorified gymrats and stole the victory with a fast roll up.
